We understand that sometimes you order a product that ends up not being a perfect fit. Therefore, we are committed to working with our customers to provide products that meet their individual needs.

If you have received an item from Newtuery, and are dissatisfied with it, please contact Customer Service at [email protected], Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Our team will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Due to the personal nature of the healthcare items we sell, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened. Some items have their own return policy as noted below.

Return Policy

Please return the shipment via the insured service along with a tracking number. For your protection, please retain your package tracking number. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Damages & Defects
Newtuery will accept returns on merchandise sold that have manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for troubleshooting and then, if necessary, an RMA# will be issued to you via email. We will then replace the product. No substitutes are allowed. All warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer and are final. No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the product into our facilities and have examined them.

Sizing
